Packages are shipped priority mail. We offer flat rate shipping and handling of $7.95. Orders placed Sunday through Friday are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed on Saturdays are shipped on Mondays.
Returns & Exchanges:
We will replace damaged products. Please send a picture of the damaged picture and box to email@example.com with any other information you feel is helpful and we will replace your product (shipping on us). We understand that it can be difficult to purchase beauty and personal care products online without testing them first. We accept returns for any reason on unopened and unused product within 30 days of purchase for 100% of purchase price. We do not return cost of shipping. We do not allow product exchanges.
Refunds are provided for returns made within 30 days within 48 hours of acknowledgement. However, it may take 7-10 days for the refund to reflect based on your financial institution’s policies.
